Sometimes things just don’t go as planned - and that’s okay! We happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your items, as long as they’re in original condition: unwashed, with no signs of wear, and with all original tags attached.

Returns

To start a return, drop us an email at hi@baubas.eu with your order number and reason for return.

Lithuania & EU: Returns are free. We’ll send you a prepaid return label to make it effortless.

Worldwide: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. You can use the courier service of your choice. We’ll send you all return information and instructions once we receive your email.

When we receive your item back, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Simply return your original order and place a new order for the replacement. We’ll refund your original purchase as soon as the item arrives.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that’s damaged or not what you expected, please contact us right away, and we’ll take care of it.

Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges of final sale items and gift cards.
